Bookings & Cancellation Policy

To make a treatment/service booking, a non refundable deposit of 50% of your chosen treatment/service fee must be paid upfront via Paypal or bank transfer. Of course we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and so The Most Sacred Journey will endeavour to reschedule any bookings, given a full 24 hours notice is provided without the loss of your deposit. Bookings will only be rescheduled once with the existing deposit. We hope you understand that all cancellations have a financial bearing on venue bookings, travel costs and materials. We will of course be flexible in our approach to each case and take into account extreme unforeseen circumstances. All appointment cancellations or rescheduling  must be made by via email, requesting an acknowledgement to support@themostsacredjourney.com

Refunds for treatments, events & services are not offered, unless otherwise agreed by The Most Sacred Journey.

The Most Sacred Journey reserves the right to reschedule appointments with as much notice as possible. On occasion appointments will need to be rescheduled if any member of The Most Sacred Journey team has to attend a labouring mother.
